Briefs
The process of preparing written submissions (also known as a factum or written submissions) is similar to a memorandum of law, except that these are intended to be persuasive, as the intended audience is a court.
You must provide us with the facts of the matter and any supporting documentation. We will then identify the relevant issues, conduct thorough legal research, and draft a high quality and precise brief. This can be done for both civil and criminal cases. We will deliver the brief to you via e-mail which will be ready for review, signature, and submission to the court. If necessary, we will even outline and prepare you for oral argument.
